About the Broker

   Rudy brings both experience and education to the table. He has been involved with real estate for over 15 years. He received a B.S. in Business Admin with an Emphasis in Finance, Real Estate and Law at Cal Poly Pomona. Rudy has brokered sales of almost every kind of real estate you can think of; from condos and land to single family homes to apartment buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, and office buildings. He is also very active on the investment side of the business, owning a portfolio of rental properties and being a part of over 2000+ flips.
